What if my device has damage?

If the device has damage, TELUS may reduce its trade‑in value, and you may need to pay the difference between the device’s value and the Bring‑It‑Back amount.


Example: If your Bring‑It‑Back amount is $240 and the device’s current value is $100, you would pay $140.


Device Protection (Device Care Complete) can cover accidental damage if repaired before returning the device.
