Can SmartCell process my accessory warranty in-store?

Yes—SmartCell can process warranty claims in-store, but only within 1 year of the original purchase date.


To qualify for in‑store processing:

  • The accessory must have been purchased from SmartCell
  • You must have proof of purchase
  • The claim must be within 12 months from the purchase date
  • $10 shipping applies (where applicable)
  • Defective or damaged accessory item to be returned


After 1 year, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
