What if my accessory is older than 1 year?

If it has been more than 1 year since the date of purchase, SmartCell cannot process the warranty in-store.
You must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty process—most require:

  • Serial number or IMEI (if applicable)
  • Photo/video proof of the defect
  • Original receipt
  • Completion of an online warranty form
