Shipping is included in your service and support fee.
Ontario orders are shipped by Purolator, FedEx, UPS and Canada Post, all other provinces, orders are shipped by Purolator however; if you are in a remote location, your shipment may be transferred part-way to Canada Post for delivery.
Most courier service delivers on business days between 8 am and 5 pm in your area. To prevent theft, a signature is required for every delivery. Please provide a shipping address where you are available between 8 am to 5 pm to receive the package.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All rural route addresses must include a street address and phone number for delivery. Please state your buzzer number if you live in an apartment. Use the Shipping Instructions field to provide any additional delivery information (i.e. deliver to back door, buzzer number, etc.)
Most couriers will usually attempt to deliver three times and
will offer alternative delivery and pick up methods if you are unavailable.
Your shipping confirmation email will list your tracking number as well as
links to information on contacting the courier service if you need more
details.
Shipping is included within your service & support fee. If canceling an order and returning the device, there will be a $10 return/exchange fee associated.
Neither SmartCell Communications nor the courier service will assume any responsibility for any missing or incorrect information entered on your initial order. Packages missing any required information will be returned to SmartCell Communications and/or TELUS.
