When is my TELUS account activated?

Your account is activated just prior to shipping to release the necessary device subsidies to offset the hardware costs.  The first invoice usually includes a small pro-rated amount to align with your billing cycle. TELUS services are billed in advance and display the service periods on your statement. You will receive electronic invoice from TELUS each month.
