Return Policy

At SmartCell Communications, our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you find yourself unhappy, you have the option to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, provided you have the original sales receipt, within 15 days of your purchase. For an exchange or refund, the item must be in nearly new condition along with all original packaging, accessories, and bundled contents. A usage charge may apply if you have exceeded 30 voice minutes, 50 texts, or 50 megabytes of data. Once activated, SIM cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.  To return or exchange a device bought online, please email us at eppsupport@smartcell.ca to obtain a pre-paid return or exchange mailer. Be sure to include your order number or invoice number, which can be found on your email receipt.


Note: Returns for products purchased online are not accepted at other TELUS dealers or TELUS retail locations. Purchases made from dealers and retail outlets adhere to their own return policy, and items bought from them must be returned directly to them. To obtain a refund, all merchandise must be returned in full, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessory items, accompanied by a copy of your email order confirmation. TELUS Connection fees and SmartCell processing fees are non-refundable. Returns may incur a $10 return shipping charge. After we have processed your return, we will credit the appropriate amount back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
