What are my options at the end of my term?

You have two choices;


A) Return the device

  • Return your phone to TELUS (online or in-store).
  • If the device meets eligibility requirements, you do not pay the Bring‑It‑Back amount.

B) Keep the device

  • Pay the original Bring‑It‑Back amount.
  • You can then switch to a BYOD plan or upgrade to a new device.
