For mobility customers, prior to April 8, 2025, the discount is $5 per month for each subscriber on an eligible plan when signed up for pre-authorized credit card payments. After this date, the discount increases to $10 per month for each subscriber on eligible plans when signed up for pre-authorized bank payments. Please be aware that pre-authorized debit payments are not applicable for this discount.
How Can I Check My Eligibility?

What If I Already Enrolled in Pre-Authorized Payments?
If you are already enrolled in pre-authorized payments, you may still qualify for the discount, provided you are on an eligible plan. If you haven’t received the discount yet, ensure that your pre-authorized payments are active and that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Can I Still Receive the Discount If I Set Up Pre-Authorized Payments Later?
Absolutely! If you set up pre-authorized payments during your current billing cycle, you will see your first discount on your next bill. This means you can start saving right away!
Will All Mobility Lines/Internet Plans on My Account Receive the Discount?
Yes, each eligible mobility subscriber and internet plan will receive the discount as long as they meet the eligibility criteria. This means more savings for you across your entire account!
What If I Change My Payment Method Later?
If you change your payment method and discontinue pre-authorized payments, your discount may not apply in the current billing cycle. To ensure you continue receiving the discount, it’s best to maintain your pre-authorized payment setup.
