The TELUS Refer‑a‑Friend program allows eligible TELUS customers to refer friends or family and earn rewards when they activate a new service.
Both the person referring (referrer) and the person joining (referee) receive a reward once the referral is completed successfully.
? What You Get
- $50 bill credit for each successful referral
- Your friend also receives a $50 bill credit
- Earn up to $300 per year (maximum of 6 successful referrals)
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To Refer Someone:
- Must be an existing TELUS Mobility customer
- Account must be in good standing
Who You Can Refer:
- New TELUS customers only
- Friends or family not currently with TELUS Mobility
? How to Refer Someone
- Log in to your My TELUS account
- Go to the referral section/dashboard
- Share your personal referral link with a friend
- Your friend signs up using that link
- Once they activate an eligible plan, you both receive a reward
? What Plans Qualify
To receive the reward, your friend must:
- Activate a new TELUS mobility plan (typically unlimited or voice plans)
- Complete activation within the program requirements
⏱ When Will I Get My Reward?
- Rewards are typically applied within 4–8 weeks after activation is completed

- Referrals must be completed using your unique referral link
- Referrals are not valid for:
- Existing TELUS customers
- Upgrades or plan changes
- Rewards are non‑cash credits applied to your TELUS bill
- Program terms may change at any time
