Understanding your next bill

If no changes were made to your services, you can expect your bill to stay the same.

If you changed your rate plan or add-ons today, your next bill will be different than your future bills. Your next bill will include the following:

Credit for previous monthly charges (old plan + add-ons)

If applicable, this is the credit you will receive for monthly charges you have already been billed for, from today's date until the end of your current bill cycle.

Partial charges for new plan

This is the cost of your new services from today's renewal date, until the end of your current bill cycle date.

Regular monthly charges(new plan + add-ons)

This is the cost of your services from your next bill cycle start date, until the end of next month's bill cycle.

Your services will also be a little different from your next bill, see below for details. For more information on understanding and managing your bill, visit telus.com/billing.

Note: In the future, partial billing will only appear if you make changes to your rate plan or add-ons mid-bill cycle.
