Understanding your next bill
If no changes were made to your services, you can expect your bill to stay the same.
If you changed your rate plan or add-ons today, your next bill will be different than your future bills. Your next bill will include the following:
Credit for previous monthly charges (old plan + add-ons) | If applicable, this is the credit you will receive for monthly charges you have already been billed for, from today's date until the end of your current bill cycle. |
Partial charges for new plan | This is the cost of your new services from today's renewal date, until the end of your current bill cycle date. |
Regular monthly charges(new plan + add-ons) | This is the cost of your services from your next bill cycle start date, until the end of next month's bill cycle. |

Note: In the future, partial billing will only appear if you make changes to your rate plan or add-ons mid-bill cycle.
